The four most common means of collecting asbestos settled dust samples are :· Adhesive lift sampling. · Wipe sampling. · Passive sampling. · "Microvacuum" sampling.... Of these methods, microvacuum sampling is the most commonly used. A protocol has been established by the American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM) for collecting and analyzing asbestos microvacuum samples. Samples are collected using either a 25mm or 37mm air sampling cassette using a plastic tube that acts as a nozzle. A known surface area is vacuumed and TEM(Transmission Electron Microscopy) analysis is performed. 1, record 3, English, - microvacuum%20sampling

1, record 3, French, - %C3%A9chantillonnage%20par%20aspiration
