Roman stitch is a versatile, pretty, knotted stitch that can be worked in various sizes, either horizontally or vertically. To work vertically, begin at top right side of area. Work a horizontal stitch from left to right over 4 vertical threads, bring needle up 2 meshes to the left, and make a small vertical(holding) stitch over horizontal stitch and thread. Continue, bringing needle up in mesh directly below start of first stitch and repeating horizontal and holding stitches to end of area. Start next row at top, to left of row just completed. 1, record 1, English, - Roman%20stitch

1, record 1, French, - point%20roman

Work is underway to develop the concept of a Common Certification Authority(CCA). The aim would be to lower costs and facilitate integrated e-service delivery(horizontally and vertically) and secure interoperability through broader deployment of the PKI [Public Key Infrastructure] certificate among institutions, both public and private, that interact and transact with the same individuals and businesses. The CCA's core services to governments and the private sector would involve the issuance, validation, suspension, revocation and recovery of PKI certificates. 2, record 2, English, - common%20certification%20authority

It includes microorganisms and some insects, seeds, and spores. Dispersion is by the wind, aided in some species by special adaptations and in some by flight. Small organisms are lifted and maintained in the air by eddy diffusion and rising thermal currents, sometimes reaching heights exceeding 16 km(10 miles) in air currents and by lateral mixing. They may be collected by adhesive-coated slides exposed horizontally, or by culture media, but for quantitative work, volumetric sampling at the surface or by aircraft is required. 4, record 3, English, - aerobiology
