In supervised machine learning, labeled data act as the orientation for data training and testing exercises. The supervised machine learning program may start out with a set of entirely labeled data, or it may use initial labeled data to work with additional unlabeled data.

In order to provide employees faced with employment transition additional information with respect to actual experiences in areas which they had contemplated, a "Job Shadowing" program was offered on a pilot basis. Following a half-day session which provided an orientation to the subject, individual employees were placed with "host" companies and experienced a typical work day in this new environment.

Afin de fournir aux employés qui doivent changer d'emploi des renseignements supplémentaires sur des expériences réelles vécues dans les domaines qu'ils avaient envisagés, on a offert un programme pilote de «jumelage».
