NetCorps assignments may be in the private, public or non-profit sectors, usually with a development focus on information and communication technologies. NetCorps Coalition members identify work placements. Internships normally take place in Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America or Africa. Every NetCorps assignment is different, as are the partners and the locations. Tasks may range from establishing Internet connections, preparing manuals and documentation, and designing and providing skills development for creating Web sites, developing databases, networking workstations and setting up and configuring hardware. Les affectations pourront être dans le secteur privé, dans le secteur public ou dans une organisation sans but lucratif, et elles seront généralement axées sur le développement dans la technologie de l'information et des communications. Les membres de la coalition Cyberjeunes trouvent des stages de travail. Les stages ont normalement lieu en Asie, en Europe centrale et de l'Est, en Amérique latine ou en Afrique. Les affectations de Cyberjeunes seront toutes différentes, tout autant que les partenaires et les lieux de travail. Les tâches pourront comprendre l'établissement de connexions Internet, la préparation de manuels et de documentation, la conception et le perfectionnement des compétences en vue de la création des sites Web, la mise au point de bases de données, le réseautage de postes de travail, et l'installation ainsi que la configuration du matériel. A drill press is preferable to a hand drill when the location and orientation of the hole must be controlled accurately. A drill press is composed of a base that supports a column, the column in turn supports a table. Work can be supported on the table with a vise or hold down clamps, or the table can be swiveled out of the way to allow tall work to be supported directly on the base. Height of the table can be adjusted with a table lift crank than locked in place with a table lock. The column also supports a head containing a motro. The motor turns the spindle at a speed controlled by a variable speed control dial. The spindle holds a drill chuck to hold the cutting tools(drill bits, center drills, deburring tools, etc.).
