Child sexual abuse(CSA) live streaming involves broadcasting acts of sexual abuse of children live over a webcam to people anywhere in the world. CSA live streaming is difficult to investigate and detect by law enforcement, as offenders are increasingly using encrypted communication platforms..., meaning there is little evidence that the offence occurred unless one of the parties records the live-streamed abuse. 4, record 1, English, - child%20sexual%20abuse%20live%20streaming

Psychological autopsy is a specialized investigative method used to analyze the circumstances surrounding equivocal deaths, particularly suicides.... this process involves a thorough review of medical autopsy reports, police documentation, personal materials left by the deceased, and interviews with friends and family. The goal is to reconstruct the deceased's psychological state and motivations leading to their death, providing insights that can aid medical examiners and law enforcement. This technique has gained traction in the field of suicidology and is utilized in various countries around the world. 3, record 2, English, - psychological%20autopsy

The Geneva Convention is another treaty that was established shortly after World War II, but it was the first attempt to address jurisdictional differences regarding aircraft security interests. After the war, aircraft manufacturing nations became concerned about the reluctance of financial institutions to invest in aircraft without assurance that their interests were secure, especially when the equipment was outside the state of registry. As a remedy, the Geneva Convention(not to be confused with the Geneva Conventions of global war law) was signed on June 19, 1948, and went into force on September 17, 1953. It is officially known as the Convention on the International Recognition of Rights in Aircraft and is meant to facilitate financing and to recognize property basis and conditions for aircraft sales. 3, record 6, English, - Convention%20on%20the%20International%20Recognition%20of%20Rights%20in%20Aircraft

2, record 38, Spanish, - Ley%20de%20Gresham

The Institute promotes the international rule of law and human rights by its activities in the fields of comparative law, international law and conflict of laws, and in the fields of European law and Commonwealth law. The Institute's unique contribution is, as Lord Denning stated in 1952, in moving freely over the boundaries that divide these fields of law and bringing out the underlying unities. The Institute's location at the heart of the common law world and the financial and commercial centre of London, and between continental Europe and America, dictates and support this mission. The Institute provides a unique focus on the development of an international legal order, and also of the European Union and European Human Rights. It is deeply involved in the development of international commercial and financial law. Revenue Canada was the first modern income tax administration in the world to formally enunciate the rights of taxpaying Canadians in a "Declaration of Taxpayer Rights". The declaration consolidates certain rights found in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, in statutes, and in common law. It summarizes the Department's commitment to treating its clients fairly, courteously, and with respect for their rights. 2, record 48, English, - Declaration%20of%20Taxpayer%20Rights

International regimes are sometimes compared to so-called servitudes, which is a term used in international law on an analogy with Roman law to mean a charge on premises in favour of the owner of another piece of land. In international law the term refers to permanent restriction on the jurisdiction over a piece of territory in favour of rights conceded to another State. Examples can be seen in the difference between the frontiers which are drawn for political and for customs purposes in various parts of the world. 2, record 50, English, - international%20servitude
