The access generator operates similarly to the object generator. Given starting and ending bytes and an access size, the access generator selects either sequential or random addresses for requests. It is used by read and write operations to pick bytes as the target of input or output.

CLIST (short for "command list") is a programming language used for time sharing processes in complex storage systems.

CONT

The CLIST language provides a wide range of programming functions. Its features include : CLIST statements that allow you to write structured programs, perform [input/output], define and modify variables, and handle errors and attention interruptions; arithmetic and logical operators for processing numerical data; string-handling functions for processing character data.

A resampling technique which selects the nearest pixel value in the input image to write to each output location.

CONT

The raw images were transformed to geographic co-ordinates using ground control points, identifiable both on imagery and in the field. Nearest neighbour resampling was used with an RMS [Root Mean Square] transformation error of approximately one pixel. This enabled accurate identification and location of sites within the SAR image.
