The Western Youth Entrepreneur Program, administered by Western Economic Diversification Canada, helps young people between 18 and 29 years of age recognize their entrepreneurial goals and start a small business. The program offers mentoring and counselling as well as guidance in business planning, development and operations, and accessing small-business loans of up to $ 25 000.
