Douglas Willms of The Atlantic Centre for Policy Research in Education at the University of New Brunswick, and is published jointly by Statistics Canada and Human Resources Development Canada. This study is the first in the Monograph Series from the International Adult Literacy Survey. The series, funded by Human Resources Development Canada, features research by literacy scholars and experts in Canada and the United States.
