Smart Options is a new(2000) career development program based on Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligence and Thomas Armstrong's popularization of the concept. This project offers counselling, education upgrading, training and work experience to youth in Prince Edward Island who have low literacy levels and are receiving employment insurance benefits or social assistance benefits.
