Working with a teacher coordinator and other community partners, including police, students plan fun activities and events that celebrate diversity and communicate a positive message of hope and friendship among students from all backgrounds. Over the next year, high school students throughout the province will be encouraged to develop programs similar to STAR promoting respect and understanding.
