ZERO SIGNAL LEVEL [2 records]

Record 1 2001-07-09

English

Subject field(s)
  • Telecommunications
  • Television (Radioelectricity)
  • Radio Transmission and Reception
DEF

The phase difference between two adjacent frequencies.

OBS

Two paremeters +x degree and-y degree which represent the maximum(peak) differences in phase between the sub-carrier on the treads of the received test signal and the sub-carrier on its blanking level, expressed in degrees difference from the latter. In the case of a monotonic characteristic either x or y will be zero. Band 8.

OBS

In a television system tested with a low-level, high-frequency sine-wave signal (f1) superimposed on a low-frequency, sine-wave signal (f2), the difference in phase shift of f1 throughout the system for two specified levels of f2.

OBS

differential phase: standardized by IEEE.

  • Télévision (Radioélectricité)
  • Émission et réception radio

Spanish

Campo(s) temático(s)
  • Telecomunicaciones
  • Televisión (Radioelectricidad)
  • Radiotransmisión y radiorrecepción
DEF

Desfase entre dos frecuencias adyacentes.

OBS

English

Subject field(s)
  • Telephony and Microwave Technology
OBS

the absolute level, at a point of zero relative level on the line between the compressor and the expander of a signal at 800 Hz, which remains unchanged whether the circuit is operated with the compressor or not.

French

Domaine(s)
  • Téléphonie et techniques hyperfréquences
OBS

niveau absolu en un point de niveau relatif zéro de la ligne située entre le compresseur et l'extenseur d'un signal à 800 Hz qui reste inchangé, que le circuit soit exploité avec le compresseur ou non.
