Fluidized zone mixers are capable of preparing a homogenous mix independent of particle size, shape or density. The unique agitation ensures rapid yet gentle blending, short mixing cycles, low operating costs, minimal product degradation and one of the highest production capacities of any mixer type. 1, record 1, English, - fluidized%20zone%20mixer

Monsoon in tropical countries can cause severe land erosion and, as a consequence, high turbidity in streams and rivers. Pelletization process is known to remove turbidity at very high efficiency and with smaller reactors as well as reduced capital and operation costs... The pellets, formed by sufficient agitation in the reaction zone, are very compact and dense, and thereby possess high settling velocity. 2, record 2, English, - pelletization%20process

A traditional "high-density" storage chest(i. e., at 12-15% consistency) and pump-out arrangement is illustrated in figure 9-56. The stock, usually conveyed from a washer/thickener, is dropped into the top of the chest. The pulp then moves downward as a plug with essentially no intermixing. At the bottom of the chest, a side-entry agitator provides mixing energy and a number of nozzles around the periphery supply dilution water. This arrangement, referred to as "zone agitation", reduces the pulp consistency to a fairly uniform level below 4%, suitable for conventional pumping. Additional dilution water is added at the pump suction for more precise consistency control. 1, record 3, English, - zone%20agitation
