Fondé en 1886, au Collège Saint-Joseph de Memramcook, dans le sud-est du Nouveau-Brunswick, le Musée acadien de l'Université de Moncton, est le plus ancien musée acadien au monde. Il est aujourd'hui situé sur le Campus de Moncton de l'Université de Moncton, dans le pavillon Clément-Cormier.

Meteghan is the French Shore's busiest port. Scallop draggers, trawlers, herring seiners, and cod and lobster boats anchor here. The village was settled in 1785, and one of the oldest homes, La Vieille Maison Museum, where you can step back in time for a taste of 19th-century Acadian life.
