Regulations enacted in December 1992 provided for the operation of the private pension system, which eliminated the government monopoly on providing pension, disability and death benefits. The Private Pension System, which started operating in June 1993, is based on a contribution basis, whereby each affiliate's contributions are credited to an individual capitalization account. These contributions make up a pension fund, administered by the AFPs [Administradora de Fondos Pensiones](private pension fund administrators). These entities are in charge of managing pension funds and offering retirement disability, survivorship and death benefits to their affiliates. 1, record 9, English, - individual%20capitalization%20account

Accidental loss of physical condition does not mean or include natural loss of physical condition. The first is a temporary disability caused by accident during play. A natural loss of physical condition means tiredness, being winded or suffering cramps. Not even a momentary rest except for the permitted 90 seconds at the change of ends is allowed for recovery from natural loss of physical condition. Should a player, on account of loss of physical condition or an accident be unable to continue play, he must be defaulted. 1, record 10, English, - loss%20of%20physical%20condition

1, record 10, French, - d%C3%A9t%C3%A9rioration%20de%20la%20condition%20physique
