Subsequent to the Montebello session in March 1999, the Architectural and Engineering Working Group made the following recommendations to address horizontal architectural and engineering issues: 1. Implement horizontal management practices, work instruments and information holdings for Project Management, Configuration Management, Service Management and Architectural standards 2. Rationalize test labs 3. Implement a horizontal Architectural and Engineering process 4. Implement Centres of Expertise 5. Implement an Architectural and Engineering Governance structure.

À la suite de la séance de réflexion tenue à Montebello en mars 1999, le Groupe de travail sur l'architecture et l'application technique a formulé les recommandations suivantes afin de régler les questions horizontales touchant l'architecture et l'application technique : 1.
