Financial Disincentive : At-risk amounts. Benefits : Provides contractor motivation to correct performance, when there is a paired positive incentive(i. e., variable payment) reward for exceeding the target performance criteria. Note that at-risk amounts, and the paired incentive rewards, if applicable, would be assessed at each payment period. Drawbacks : If the at-risk amount is small, this disincentive may not be the most effective measure to rectify contractor performance. 2, record 1, English, - at%20risk%20amount

2, record 1, French, - montant%20%C3%A0%20risque

The air quality health index or "AQHI" is a scale designed to help you understand what the air quality around you means to your health.... The AQHI communicates four primary things : 1. A number from 1 and 10+ indicating the quality of the air. The higher the number, the greater the health risk associated with the air quality. When the amount of air pollution is very high, the number will be reported as 10+. 2. A category that describes the level of health risk associated with the index reading(e. g. Low, Moderate, High, or Very High Health Risk). 3. Health messages customized to each category for both the general population and the ’at risk’ population. 4. SOCRAM is a simulation model that uses the eleven Force Planning Scenarios to generate the demand for operational assets. In a simulation run of the model operational assets are demanded when a scenario is activated and several scenarios can be activated concurrently. The scenario activation rates are based on historical records of CF [Canadian Forces] operations with an emphasis placed on the 1990s. The output of the model is a series of risk assessments where risk is defined as the probability of having an insufficient amount of operational assets. If the Force Planning Scenarios are prioritised or weighted then the consequences of this risk can be determined. 1, record 28, English, - Scenario%20Operational%20Capability%20Risk%20Assessment%20Model

Three methods for determining organic matter are given below. The first is the classical Walkley-Black method.... The third method of estimating soil organic matter, loss of weight on ignition, is included because of hazards associated with the use of Cr2O72-. This ion in a strong acid medium is a powerful oxidant. It is corrosive to skin, mucous membranes, the respiratory tract and the gastrointestinal tract. It may create a cancer risk. Some municipalities restrict the amount of Cr that can be discharged into the sewage system. For these reasons, alternative procedures not involving Cr2O72-have been sought. 1, record 47, English, - loss%20of%20weight%20on%20ignition%20method

1, record 69, French, - carte%20de%20responsabilit%C3%A9%20par%20section
