Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 OBS
The patient is in the supine position with the shoulder closest to the x-ray tube abducted. The central ray is centered at the sternoclavicular joint and directed along the axis of the clavicle. On the normal Heinig projection the medial end of the clavicle closest to the film is projected through the manubrium, and the medial end of the clavicle closest to the tube is in direct alignment with the top of the manubrium. In the presence of a dislocation the medial end of the affected clavicle is then displaced either anterior or posterior to the manubrium. 3, record 2, English, - Heinig%20projection

Record number: 4, Textual support number: 1 CONT
Lordotic projections are obtained in the PA [posteroanterior] or anteroposterior(AP) projection with the x-ray tube angled 15 degrees cephalad. This projection is useful in changing the relative position of the anterior and posterior bony thorax, thus diminishing the summation problem when evaluating possible apical masses. The lordotic projection can also be used to confirm complete collapse of the right middle lobe by positionning this lobe tangent to the x-ray beam if routine projections are inconclusive. 1, record 4, English, - lordotic%20projection
