Certains chercheurs ont émis l'hypothèse que l'angiotensine III est le peptide naturel qui stimule l'aldostérone, tandis que l'angiotensine II est le peptide qui contrôle la pression sanguine. The Department of Clinical Health Psychology is both an academic department within the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Manitoba, and a Clinical Programme within the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. "The Department of Clinical Health Psychology is a fully independent academic department within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Manitoba. Our mandate within the Faculty of Medicine is to teach undergraduate and graduate medical students, conduct research, train pre-doctoral Psychology Interns in our CPA and APA Accredited Internship program, and train Postdoctoral Residents. The clinical mandate of the Department of Clinical Health Psychology within the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive range of psychological services to serve the population in and around Winnipeg. In addition, the Department provides clinical and academic consultation and support to psychologists working within our Rural and Northern Psychology Program. Thus, the Department has academic and clinical responsibilities in many parts of the Province of Manitoba.
