In the territories of any High Contracting party to which the present Convention applies, an arbitral award made in pursuance of an agreement whether relating to existing or future differences(hereinafter called "a submission to arbitration") covered by the Protocol on Arbitration Clauses, opened at Geneva on September 24, 1923 shall be recognised as binding and shall be enforced in accordance with the rules of the procedure of the territory where the award is relied upon, provided that the said award has been made in a territory of one of the High Contracting Parties to which the present Convention applies and between persons who are subject to the jurisdiction of one of the High Contracting Parties.  1, record 2, English, - Convention%20on%20the%20Execution%20of%20Foreign%20Arbitral%20Awards

Dans les territoires relevant de l'une des Hautes Parties contractantes auxquels s'applique la présente convention, l'autorité d'une sentence arbitrale rendue à la suite d'un compromis ou d'une clause compromissoire visés au Protocole relatif aux clauses d'arbitrage, ouvert à Genève depuis le 24 septembre 1923, sera reconnue et l'exécution de cette sentence sera accordée, conformément aux règles de procédure suivies dans le territoire où la sentence est invoquée lorsque cette sentence aura été rendue dans un territoire relevant de l'une des Hautes Parties contractantes auquel s'applique la présente convention et entre personnes soumises à la juridiction de l'une des Hautes Parties contractantes.  1, record 2, French, - Convention%20pour%20l%27ex%C3%A9cution%20des%20sentences%20arbitrales%20%C3%A9trang%C3%A8res
