This service, provided through Buyandsell. gc. ca/tenders, is the official site for Canada to meet its trade agreement obligations and is the authoritative and first source for Government of Canada tenders.

The Finance Ministry of Greece has confirmed plans to bring back Xysto, a widely popular instant lottery that was suspended in 2003 when a tender to renew its contract award stalled.

Loto-Québec introduces 20 to 25 new scratch lotteries per year - a rate of about two per month -- and there is always a selection of about 10 different instant lotteries available at any given time.

Le ministère des Finances de la Grèce a confirmé son intention de relancer la très populaire loterie instantanée Xysto, à laquelle on a mis fin en 1003 en raison de l'insuccès de l'appel d'offres relatif au renouvellement de son contrat d'exploitation.

Bon an, mal an, la société d'État met en marché une trentaine de loteries instantanées, dont environ 25 sont nouvelles. Les Kéno, Explosion d'argent, 9 en ligne et autres s'ajoutent donc aux loteries conventionnelles à tirages périodiques du type Lotto 6/49, Sélect 42 et Banco.

Il s'agit soit de gratter une ou plusieurs cases; soit de décacheter le billet en entier ou en partie à la recherche de cases identiques ou complémentaires; soit de vérifier si le numéro sous scellé du billet acheté correspond au numéro de la semaine. «Loterie instantanée» est un terme utilisé par Loto-Québec pour ce genre de loterie; le type de billet le plus populaire est encore le «gratteux».
