An exchange rate regime which normally insulates a country from the balance of payments effects of capital flows while it maintains a stable exchange rate for current account transactions. Capital transactions are normally required to pass through a "financial" market while current transactions go through an "official" market, though other arrangements are possible. Examples are found in Belgium and the United Kingdom, though France and Italy have experimented with such systems. 3, record 1, English, - dual%20exchange%20market

The equivalence between capital and financial account balancing items is inherent in the [System of National Accounts], which is based on the quadruple entry principle. According to this principle, each transaction has to be recorded twice in the accounts of the involved agents : once as a resource(or change of liabilities) and once as a use(or change in assets). As a consequence, with the exception of financial transactions whose counterpart is a financial transaction, and thus do not affect financial balances, any transaction alters, by the same amount, both financial and the capital account balance of the involved sectors. 1, record 6, English, - quadruple%20entry%20principle

A statement usually prepared when the final account and balance sheets of a company are produced. This statement would normally show how funds are received i. e. from profits, sale of assets, increased capital, etc. It will also show how these funds have been used, i. e. payment of dividends, purchase of fixed assets, repayment of loans, etc. The date on this statement is usually the same as that on the final accounts and balance sheet.
