The National Human Resources Services Division(NHRSD) provides, through five(5) operational units dedicated to departmental branches and agencies, a full range of Human Resources(HR) Services in Resourcing, Classification, Compensation(e. g. pay cheques), Labour relations, e. g. support in union and/or management consultations and resolution of grievances(first levels), and Official Languages Testing. NHRSD provides, through the Corporate Labour Relations Unit, corporate level labour relations advice and guidance, and conflict resolution services which include the Administration of final level grievances, Strike planning, Collective bargaining, Provision of advice and guidance on harassment prevention and resolution, Conflict management, Coordination of harassment and discrimination related complaints, and Administration of the Conflict of Interest and Post Employment Code for the Department. La Division des services nationaux en ressources humaines (DSNRH) fournit, avec l'aide de cinq (5) unités opérationnelles dédiées aux différentes directions générales du ministère et agences, une gamme de services en ressources humaines (RH) tels que : Ressourcement, Classification, Rémunération (ex. chèques de paie), Relations de travail, (ex. soutien aux consultations patronales et syndicales et aux résolutions de griefs (premier niveau) et Examen de langues officielles. La Division fournit aussi, avec l'aide de l'Unité des relations de travail corporative, des conseils, au niveau de l'organisation, en relations de travail et des services de résolution de conflits au Ministère y compris : l'administration de griefs au dernier palier, la planification de grève, les négociations collectives, la prestation de conseils sur le harcèlement et la prestation d'interventions en matière de résolution de conflits, la gestion des conflits, la coordination des plaintes liées au harcèlement et à la discrimination et l'administration du Code régissant les conflits d'intérêts et l'après-mandat pour le Ministère.
