1, record 2, French, - br%C3%BBleur

The premix aspirator burner system is very common and is probably the simplest of all the burner systems... This system does not require high gas pressure gas(1 lb. or above). It does require a blower as well as a zero pressure regulator. The aspirator mixer is actually a device that intimately mixes the air and gas to insure complete combustion. This mixture goes through a venturi tube and exits at the burner tip where it combusts. 3, record 4, English, - aspirator%20mixer

Record number: 5, Textual support number: 1 CONT
An inspirator mixer, does not require a blower but does require high pressure gas,(can be dangerous) and is not very economical or efficient. The tip or nozzle is usually always a flame retention type tip. The reason this burner requires high pressure gas is that the gas needs to be moving at a high rate of speed in order to induce enough air for proper combustion. It is usually used for propane and in a situation where no electricity is available. If you have high pressure gas it is recommended that you use a regulator and switch to an aspirator mixer type system. 3, record 5, English, - inspirator%20mixer

This fibre optic viewing head extension is particularly useful for solving the sighting problems associated with tilting or movable burners. The flame envelope from this type of burner can be tilted from a horizontal position up or down as much as 30 degrees. It would be impossible to follow this flame pattern with a fixed sighting through the wind-box. Welding the tip guide(lens end) of this viewing head extension to the movable air compartment nozzle solves this problem. This viewing head extension can also be used for those applications where it is impossible to find a clear unobstructed view of the flame using a standard sight pipe. Here again the viewing head extension is mounted inside the furnace for a clear unobstructed view of the flame. 4, record 6, English, - sighting%20pipe

There are two basic types of aspirator-burners that are used in atomic absorption. The first is the total-consumption burner... The fuel and oxidant(support) gases are mixed and combust at the tip of the burner. The sample is drawn up into the flame by the "Venturi effect, "by the support gas. The gas creates a partial vacuum above the capillary barrel, causing the sample to be forced up the capillary. It is broken into a fine spray at the tip where the gases are turbulently mixed and burned. This is the usual process of "nebulization. "The burner is called total consumption because the entire aspirated sample enters the flame. 1, record 7, English, - total%2Dconsumption%20burner

The rotary oil burner is a horizontal atomizing unit consisting of only one moving part, a hollow steel shaft, on which are mounted the atomizing cup, the fan, and the motor rotor. These parts comprise the shaft assembly, which rotates on two ball bearings. The fuel oil is introduced by means of a stationary fuel tube extending through the centre of the hollow main shaft of the burner into the atomizing cup.... In the Ray rotary oil burner, the oil is introduced into the tail end of the fuel tube, passes through the tube, and flows out of the fuel tip into the back portion of the atomizing cup. The fuel tube and tip are stationary and the oil passages are such size that high pressure is not required to obtain the rated oil capacity. 1, record 10, English, - Ray%20horizontal%20rotary%20burner

The low pressure air atomizing burner uses comparatively large volumes of air at low pressure(5 psi or less). Air from the lower passes through the burner body and is discharged through annular slots between the body and the nozzle tip, where it meets the film of oil at an angle as it issues from the tip. The impact of the air stream upon the oil film produces a fine mist which is projected into the combustion space. These burners may be fired with light or heavy oil. They are most often used to fire industrial heating and processing furnaces.... 1, record 11, English, - low%20pressure%20air%20atomizing%20burner
