Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common conditions causing heel pain. It involves inflammation of the plantar fascia—a tough, fibrous band of tissue that runs along the sole of the foot. The plantar fascia attaches to the heel bone(calcaneus) and to the base of the toes. It helps support the arch of the foot and has an important role in normal foot mechanics during walking. 2, record 1, English, - plantar%20fasciitis
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT
Plantar fasciitis is often an overuse injury primarily due to a repetitive strain causing micro-tears of the plantar fascia. Still, this condition can occur due to trauma or other multifactorial causes. 3, record 1, English, - plantar%20fasciitis

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
2, record 1, French, - fasciite%20plantaire

The triple arthrodesis is a versatile procedure useful in many pedal conditions and gait disturbances. The term "triple" arthrodesis refers to a fusion procedure of three joints of the hindfoot : the subtalar joint(talus and calcaneus), the talonavicular joint, and the calcaneocuboid joint. 2, record 2, English, - triple%20arthrodesis

Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 CONT
2, record 2, French, - double%20arthrod%C3%A8se
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 OBS

A sign of damage to the anterior talofibular ligament. With the patient sitting on the edge of the examining table, his legs dangling and his feet in a few degrees of plantar flexion, the examiner places one hand on the anterior aspect of the lower tibia and grips the calcaneus in the palm of the other hand; then, he draws the calcaneus(and talus) anteriorly, while pushing the tibia posteriorly. Normally, the anterior talofibular ligament is tight in all positions of the ankle joint, and there should be no forward movement of the talus on the tibia. 3, record 29, French, - hygroma%20pr%C3%A9achill%C3%A9en
