When reviewing a drug order, the pharmacist applies knowledge of drug therapy and additional patient specific information(e. g. diagnosis, reported allergies, patient weight, etc.) to evaluate the appropriateness of the medication order for that specific patient. If a potential problem is identified, the pharmacist contacts the prescriber to clarify the order and/or discuss alternatives. This review process helps to avert many problematic orders before they can reach the patient, adding a crucial safety check to the medication use system. 2, record 1, English, - safety%20control

2, record 1, French, - contr%C3%B4le%20de%20s%C3%A9curit%C3%A9

Check for can refer to three types of checking : In some instances, an authoring tool will be able to check for accessibility problems automatically. For example, checking for validity or testing whether an image is the only content of a link. In some cases, the tool will be able to suspect or guess that there is a problem, but will need confirmation from the author. For example, in making sure that a sensible reading order is preserved a tool can present a linearized version of a page to the author. In some cases, a tool must rely mostly on the author, and can only ask the author to check. For example, the tool may prompt the author to verify that equivalent alternatives for multimedia are appropriate. This is the minimal standard to be satisfied. Subtle, rather than extensive, prompting is more likely to be effective in encouraging the author to verify accessibility where it cannot be done automatically. 1, record 5, English, - content%20of%20a%20link

Actually drip irrigation -- where water seeps from tubing or drip emitters -- is only one type of micro-irrigation. Other forms include bubblers, micro-sprinklers (which rotate), and micro-sprayers (which are stationary). 1, record 12, English, - micro%2Dsprinkler

Microsprinklers are like drippers as they do not require any special maintenance unless there is a problem. One of the things you will run into most often is the need to adjust the spray direction if they have moved. The other thing may be hard water deposits on the deflectors or nozzles. Some sprinklers you can clean this off and others you may need to replace occasionally. Occasionally does not mean every year or even two, it all depends on your water quality. Just check how they work every once in awhile.... Microsprinklers : 2 models, 21 gph/27 ft. diameter and 11 gph/21 ft. diameter. Both come with 90°, 180°, 360° and strip spray deflectors. Has 10/32 threads, fits any 1/4" microtube. 2, record 12, English, - micro%2Dsprinkler

Problems in the class NP(which stands for nondeterministic, polynomial time) are characterized by the fact that although it is easy to check a nondeterministic, or guessed, solution, it is hard to find a correct solution : As the size n of an NP problem increases, the number of computational steps and hence the time required to check a solution increase in proportion to a polynomial function of n such as [the square of n](...), but all known methods of finding a solution increase in proportion to a more rapidly growing function of n, typically an exponential one(...) 1, record 19, English, - NP%20problem
