The Conservation Co-op is a four(4) storey eighty-four(84) unit apartment building, located in the Sandy Hill district of the City of Ottawa. The building is a housing cooperative where tenants as a group are committed to provide "green" alternatives in an environmentally friendly building. Each member is dedicated to environmental principles contained in the Co-op's "Code of Environmental Practice". The Conservation Co-op has some unique building features relating to energy conservation and reducing impacts on the environment, which have inspired the water reuse treatment system. All members follow certain guidelines in order to achieve the goals established by the Co-op. An airport located in Dorval, now a part of the city of Montréal, and used for private, local, national and international flights. The airport was first the "Dorval Airport, "from the name of the city in the suburbs of Montréal, then the "Dorval International Airport, "to become the airport for domestic flights, that is the flights limited to Canada, with the construction of the "Mirabel International Airport" inaugurated in 1975 and intended for international flights. But inadequate terrestrial links between Montréal and Mirabel contributed to give to the Montréal Dorval Airport("Montréal-Dorval") its international status, leaving the charter(up to Autumn 2004) and cargo flights to the Mirabel Airport("Montréal-Mirabel") ;political decisions for these ends were accompanied by important subsidies for the building of added accommodations to what has become the "Montréal Dorval International Airport. "With the amalgamation or merging of all the cities on the Île de Montréal, including the former cities of Montréal and of Dorval, to form the new city of Montréal on the 1 January 2002, the airport became the "Montréal Airport, "a reality usage had already confirmed. On the 1 January 2004, the airport's name changed to "Montréal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport" to honour a former Prime Minister of Canada as do other important airports in the country. The official name will, no doubt, not be quoted at length all the time; the forms mentioned as correct on the present record will surely be used instead, including the recommendation of the airport authority as to the use of "Montréal-Trudeau" as the current short form("fly from Montréal-Trudeau", or "land at the Montréal-Trudeau Airport"). Note that while a housing code does exist in the United States, Canada does not have a housing code per se. Our "housing code" consists of a combination of federal, provincial and municipal legislation. All housing must meet the requirements set down by the National Building Code as well as the provincial building codes. Most municipalities have passed some type of by-law regulating the standards for maintenance and occupancy of property(the specific name of the by-law varies from municipality to municipality--some of the most common designations being "property standards by-law", "maintenance and occupancy by-law" and "minimum standards by-law". Il est à remarquer que, contrairement aux États-Unis et à la France par exemple, le Canada ne dispose pas d'un "code du logement" national (appelé "Code de l'habitation" en France). Les lois qui régissent la construction, l'occupation et l'entretien des immeubles d'habitation se trouvent réparties entre le Code national du bâtiment, les Codes du bâtiment de chaque province et des règlements municipaux établissant des "normes relatives à l'occupation et à l'entretien des immeubles résidentiels" ou encore, des "normes d'habitabilité des immeubles résidentiels". Si la désignation officielle de ces règlements se fait généralement et à peu près en ces termes dans les municipalités du Québec, il n'est pas moins vrai que le terme "code du logement" y figure souvent comme sous-titre ou titre abrégé, et que c'est sous ce nom qu'on y réfère couramment dans l'usage.
