A moored balloon(for which there are no prescribed airworthiness standards because passenger carrying was not intended) is essentially any lighter-than-air object operated under 14 CFR [Code of Federal Regulation] Part 101. Many enzymes, especially the more common ones, are known by short trivial names that usually end in the suffix-ase. However, this can lead to confusion, hence the use of a specific name according to the rules of the international enzyme classification system is preferable. This system provides both a systematic name and a four-part classification number. The first number of the code places the enzyme into one of six groups, indicating the type of reaction involved. The next two numbers indicate the groups involved in the reaction and the fourth number provides the absolute identification of the enzyme. 2, record 22, English, - classification%20number

The Committee emphasized the following as important goals for the Code : the maintenance of public trust and confidence in Parliament, and the provision of guidance for Parliamentarians in how to reconcile their private interests with their public duties. Specific rules were proposed for Parliamentarians which would have prohibited them from furthering their own private interests or those of their families, and from using insider information; the rules would also have regulated the receipt of gifts and personal benefits, sponsored travel and contracting with the government. 1, record 31, English, - Special%20Joint%20Committee%20of%20the%20House%20and%20Senate

Nevertheless, a series of agreements on non-tariff barriers did emerge from the negotiations, in some cases interpreting existing GATT [General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade] rules, in others breaking entirely new ground. In most cases, only a relatively small number of(mainly industrialized) GATT members subscribed to theses agreements and arrangements. The International Code of Zoological Nomenclature is a set of rules in zoology that have one fundamental aim : to provide the maximum universality and continuity in classifying all animals according to taxonomic judgment. The Code is meant to guide the nomenclature of animals, while leaving the zoologists some degree of freedom in naming and classifying new species. The rules in the Code determine what names are potentially valid for any taxon including the ranks of subspecies and superfamily. Its provisions can be waived or modified in their application to a particular case when strict adherence would cause confusion. Such exceptions are not made by an individual scientist, no matter how well-respected within his or her field, but only by the International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature(ICZN), acting on behalf of all zoologists. 1, record 33, English, - International%20Code%20of%20Zoological%20Nomenclature

2, record 41, Spanish, - jurisprudencia
