Condensate polishing normally applies to the treatment of condensed steam from turbines operating in the power industry. It can also be applied to condensed steam from any steam system being returned to the boiler. The ultimate goal of condensate polishing is to remove all soluble impurities and protect the high-pressure boilers. 3, record 1, English, - condensate%20polishing

The steam heating system conveys steam through pipes to heat exchangers, such as radiators, convectors, baseboard units, radiant panels, fan-driven heaters, and returns the resulting condensed water to the boiler. Amine Sweetening Process... Rich amine is heated by hot regenerated lean amine in the heat exchanger. Rich amine is then further heated in the regeneration still column, by heat supplied from the reboiler. The steam rising through the still liberates H2S and CO2 and therefore regenerates the amine. Steam and acid gases separated from the rich amine are condensed and cooled, respectively, in the reflux condenser. Condensed steam is separated in the reflux accumulator and returned to the still. Acid gases may be flared or directed to an acid gas recovery system. 2, record 9, English, - reflux%20accumulator

The steam heating system conveys steam through pipes to heat exchangers, such as radiators, convectors, baseboard units, radiant panels, or fan-driven heaters, and returns the resulting condensed water to the boiler. Such systems normally operate at pressure not exceeding 15 pounds per square inch gage(psig) or 103 kPa gage, and in many designs the condensed steam returns to the boiler by gravity because of the static head of water in the return piping. 1, record 14, English, - condensed%20steam

1, record 14, French, - vapeur%20condens%C3%A9e

Mixed-bed exchangers are most frequently used either for finishing, following a primary deionization system, or when the raw water contains very few ions, as in the case of condensed water or nuclear tank water deionized in a closed circuit. 1, record 15, English, - primary%20deionization%20system
