Human Resources Development Canada. Canada Pension Plan (CPP). As the baby boom generation reaches retirement age, the government of Canada faces increasing demand for services and information related to public pensions and income support. To manage this increased demand and to meet client expectations, this project will streamline services and provide Canadians with simplified on-line access to benefits for CPP retirement, disability, death and survivor pensions.

Au moment où la génération du baby-boom atteint l'âge de la retraite, le gouvernement est aux prises avec un accroissement important de la demande de services et d'information concernant les régimes publics de pensions et de soutien du revenu. Ce projet aura pour objectif de simplifier les services et de faciliter l'accès électronique aux prestations de retraite, d'invalidité et de décès ainsi qu'à la rente de conjoint survivant du RPC, afin de gérer l'accroissement de la demande tout en veillant à ce que les attentes des clients soient satisfaites.
