5, record 1, French, - motion%20de%20censure
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS

An important feature of our system is that the Cabinet is reponsible to Parliament. If it loses a major vote in the House, the Cabinet resigns(and the Governor General will ask the Leader of the Opposition to form a new Cabinet), or it asks the Governor General to dissolve Parliament and call an election. 1, record 3, English, - dissolve%20the%20Parliament
