1, record 1, Spanish, - velocidad%20terminal

Record number: 3, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The tipsails are an extension of NASA [National Aeronautics and Space Administration] technology which led to the application of small winglets on many airplanes... Tipsails operate in the rotational flow field of the wing tip vortex, giving an effect similar to the sail of a boat as it moves into the wind. The force vector produced by the pressure differential between the two surfaces is directed forward, which results in a cruise drag reduction. Rudders, located at the trailing edge of the tipsails, provide directional control without requiring a special surface dedicated solely to that purpose. 4, record 3, English, - winglet

Another increasingly popular type of anemometer is the propeller anemometer. This anemometer is simply a very small two-or three-blade propeller, calibrated so that the revolutions per minute(rpm) corresponds to specific wind speeds. This anemometer is known as a "lift" device because it relies upon the rational lift caused by the wind on the propellers to measure the wind speed. By using two propellers held fixed at a perpendicular angle to each other, one can simultaneously measure the wind speed and direction using vector analysis. By including a third propeller positioned vertically relative to the other two, vertical wind movements also can be measured. It should be noted that the effect of variations in air density(due to temperature and/or pressure conditions) are accounted for differently in lift devices(for example, propeller anemometers) and drag devices(for example, cup anemometers). 4, record 7, English, - propeller%20anemometer
Record number: 7, Textual support number: 2 CONT
The ... propellor anemometer consists of a circular array of blades, usually not less than three, mounted at one end of a horizontal shaft; the blades are free to rotate in response to wind forces acting on them. A wind vane is attached to the opposite end of the shaft. The horizontal shaft is connected to a vertical shaft which, being mounted in bearings, turns as the varying wind direction acts on the vane. 2, record 7, English, - propeller%20anemometer

Profile extrusion is similar to pipe extrusion except that the sizing mandrel is obviously not necessary. A die plate, in which an orifice of appropriate geometry has been cut, is placed on the face of the normal die assembly. The molten polymer is subjected to surface drag as it passes through the die, resulting in reduced flow through the thinner sections of the orifice. This effect is countered by altering the shape of the orifice, but often this results in a wide difference in the orifice shape from the desired extrusion profile. 2, record 9, English, - profile%20extrusion
