The degree of attraction of a dye molecule for a fibre. 3, record 2, English, - affinity
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The broad term affinity is used to describe the various types of attraction between the material to be colored and the dye. Affinity may be caused by attraction between charged dye particles and oppositely charged dye sites on the material, by various types of chemical attraction, and by formation of solid solutions of dye in the material. 4, record 2, English, - affinity

3, record 5, French, - affinit%C3%A9%20tinctoriale
