What is a healthy weight? If you asked a fitness trainer he or she might say, "The weight at which you look and feel your best, or the weight at which you perform your best. "If you ask your doctor the reply might be, "the weight range for a given height that corresponds to the lowest risk of disease or early mortality. "These are all good answers. Speaking from the health standpoint, a healthy weight is that weight which gives you the best health and the best chance for a long, enjoyable life. 4, record 1, English, - normal%20weight

5, record 1, French, - poids%20normal
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
6, record 1, French, - poids%20normal

Perhaps one of the most important influences on parental decisions about vaccination is, in fact, the very dramatic success of routine vaccination itself. With the implementation of routine vaccination in early infancy, the prevalence of diseases that had once had such a devastating effect on childhood morbidity and mortality has diminished drastically. 2, record 2, English, - routine%20vaccination

Sentinel events were identified under JCAHO [Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations] accreditation policies to help aid in root cause analysis and to assist in development of preventative measures. Sentinel events are tracked by the Joint Commission in a database to ensure events are adequately analyzed and undesirable trends or decreases in performance are caught early and mitigated. Specific sentinel events include : infant abduction or discharge to the wrong family, gross medical errors(i. e. operating on wrong patient or body part), maternal mortality, rape in a continuous care setting, and suicide in a continuous care setting. 2, record 4, English, - sentinel%20event

4, record 4, French, - %C3%A9v%C3%A9nement%20sentinelle
