Un [...] aspect très fréquent du psoriasis unguéal, aux orteils notamment, est une hyperkératose sous-unguéale apparaissant au bord libre de l'ongle comme une production blanc jaunâtre plus ou moins épaisse, facilement détachable par la curette, soulevant l'ongle de son lit, souvent surtout latéralement, sur une étendue plus ou moins vaste (onycholyse), et lui conférant un aspect terne, jaunâtre ou crayeux. Quelquefois tout l'ongle a cette apparence crayeuse. L'hyperkératose sous-unguéale avec onycholyse peut aussi s'observer dans le syndrome de Fiessinger-Leroy-Reiter.
