1, record 5, Spanish, - inseguridad%20alimentaria

The civil law proposals echo these Canada Evidence Act changes, but then also propose "closed material proceedings"(CMP). The latter is a novel proposal. [T] here is the common law principle of conventional, consensual, or agreed boundaries. While in a sense all boundaries arise from acceptance or agreement or convention, the expression "conventional boundary" has a special meaning. The concept of a conventional boundary, as between adjoining property owners, rests on the prerequisite that another, the true boundary line of division, cannot be found, that it is uncertain and undeterminable, that it is lost, and not merely that it is unknown because sufficient enquiries have not been made or surveys performed... It would appear that there is no place for the admission of a conventional line where the true line is redeterminable on the evidence or the prescribed rules of the Act.("Survey Law in Canada", 1989, p. 150). 1, record 52, English, - conventional%20boundary

Talcum powder is used to reduce irritation of the skin. Talcum powders like face powders contain talc... Chalk, zinc oxide, zinc stearate and a suitable perfume act as the other main constituents of talcum powder. Often specific ingredients like antiseptic and cooling agents are added. The role of the talc is to act as a powder base and to make skin smooth. Chalk absorbs secretion(perspiration) without showing any evidence of such absorption. Zinc oxide masks enlarged pores and minor blemishes, whereas zinc stearate makes powder adhere to skin. Baby talcum powders contain considerable amounts of zinc stearate for adhesiveness and boric acid, for antiseptic purposes. Talcum powders need to be dusted with care to prevent inhalation of the fine particles, which irritate the lungs. 5, record 55, English, - talcum%20powder

The Terrorist and Disruptive Activities(Prevention) Act, commonly known as TADA, was an Indian law active between 1985 and 1995(modified in 1987) for the prevention of terrorist activities in Punjab. It was renewed in 1989, 1991 and 1993 before being allowed to lapse in 1995 due to increasing unpopularity due to widespread allegations of abuse. The drawback was that it didn’t provide a definition of the term "terrorist". The Act does not define the term "terrorist". It presumed that the accused was guilty. It had a conviction rate of less than 1% despite the fact that, under criminal law, a confession before a police officer, even though being given under torture, was admissible as evidence in court. A special court known as TADA court was set up to hear the cases and deliver judgements pertaining to 1993 Bombay bombings. 1, record 76, English, - Terrorist%20and%20Disruptive%20Activities%20%28Prevention%29%20Act

Minimization procedures are designed to prevent the broad power of "foreign intelligence gathering" from being used for routine criminal investigations. In a number of instances, however, there are overlaps between foreign intelligence gathering and criminal investigations. One common minimization procedure is what is known as an "information-screening wall. "These "walls" require an official not involved in the criminal investigation to review the raw materials gathered by FISA [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] surveillance and only pass on information that might be relevant evidence. The purpose is to ensure that criminal investigators do not use FISA authority for criminal investigations. 1, record 80, English, - minimization%20procedure

L'ajout de fonctionnalités destinées à sécuriser une ressource informatique peut contribuer à exposer d'autres vulnérabilités.
