The Northern River Basins Study(NRBS), done in northern Alberta and the Northwest Territories, is different from initiatives such as the Fraser River Action Plan and the St. Lawrence Action Plan in that it does not have funding for cleanup activities. Instead, it has a mandate to conduct investigative science for the purpose of obtaining authoritative evidence on the state of the aquatic resources and the cumulative effects of industrial, municipal, and agricultural development. Recommendations from the Study will be used to guide future resource management actions(e. g., new regulations, cleanup, adoption of ecosystem health indicators), recognizing that all stakeholders have a role to play. 1, record 30, English, - Northern%20River%20Basins%20Study

1, record 30, French, - %C3%89tude%20sur%20les%20bassins%20des%20rivi%C3%A8res%20du%20Nord

[Schizophrenic psychosis, simple type :] a psychosis in which there is insidious development of oddities of conduct, inability to meet the demands of society, and decline in total performance. Delusions and hallucinations are not in evidence and the condition is less obviously psychotic than are the hebephrenic, catatonic and paranoid types of schizophrenia. With increasing social impoverishment vagrancy may ensue and the patient becomes self-absorbed, idle and aimless. 1, record 31, English, - self%2Dabsorbed
