Reconstruction : HUD [United States Department of Housing and Urban Development] guidelines regarding reconstruction are as follows : The regulation defines reconstruction as the rebuilding of housing on the same foundation. Therefore, the foundation must be used, if possible. If the building has no foundation or if it is not possible to rebuild on the foundation, then the "foundation" will be the same location as the building that is being reconstructed. Construction of housing on a different portion of the land parcel would be new construction. The reconstructed housing must be substantially similar to the structure that is being replaced, regardless of whether an existing foundation is used(i. e. a single family house must be replaced with a structure containing the same number of units). Rooms may be added to a building outside of the foundation or footprint of the original housing if needed to meet local codes. However, additional units cannot be constructed as part of a reconstruction project. A structure must be present prior to reconstruction.

The intent for multispectral and hyperspectral image data analysis is to rapidly and inexpensively associate a ground cover label to each pixel in the image. The Atmospheric Boundary Layer Experiments(ABLE) is a research initiative devoted to atmospheric research. This project has been developed by the Atmospheric Section of Argonne National Laboratory. The ABLE is located on the lower Walnut Watershed, mostly in Butler County east of the city of Wichita, Kansas. This location is within the existing boundaries of DOE's Atmospheric Radiation Measurement(ARM) Southern Great Plains(SGP) Clouds and Radiation Testbed(CART) site. The establishment of this facility offers a virtual atmospheric observatory and provides essential research tools for addressing a myriad of unresolved fundamental questions in atmospheric research. The ABLE provides a continuous view of processes in the lower atmosphere over a limited domain within the SGP CART site.

One robust conclusion is that the relationship between concentration and liberalization is complex. At one extreme, prohibitive barriers lead to the total decentralization of production. Remote monitors. Devices which use electromagnetic or acoustical phenomena to probe the environment at a distance from the physical location of the device are called remote sensors. These devices may be active, that is, create their own probing wave such as a radar, or they can be passive, detecting changes in existing wave behaviour after passing through the atmosphere(for example, the absorption of sunlight by a pollutant).
