When the neuronal membrane is depolarized to about-35 mV, an action potential occurs, which represents cell "firing" and is the fundamental mechanism of neuronal signaling. Specifically, as the interior of the cell becomes more positive, specialized voltage-gated Na+ channels open, permitting more positive ions to flow into the cell. 3, record 1, English, - firing

2, record 1, French, - d%C3%A9charge

Workplace violence is the leading cause of workplace death for women and second only to vehicle accidents for men. Use this program to show your managers and supervisors how to spot potential violence situations before they explode. This program shows managers how to recognize and deal with threats and threatening behaviors; illustrates warning signs that often prelude violence; identifies internal and external resources that can help resolve and prevent conflicts; examines methods of hiring and firing that help lower the risk of violence; and explores ways to respond to emergency situations safely and effectively. 1, record 2, English, - Taking%20Control%20of%20Workplace%20Violence

2, record 5, French, - d%C3%A9tonateur%20haute%20intensit%C3%A9
