This is the largest and most comprehensive of Defence R&D Canada's research programs. Each year Defence R&D Canada develops a SLA with each of its five Client Groups within the Department of National Defence for the delivery of R&D technologies and strategic scientific and technological advice. The SLAs govern the development and delivery of the Defence R&D Program focusing on technologies that will ensure that the Canadian Forces of the future remain technologically prepared and relevant. SLAs are developed and submitted annually for review and endorsement. Il s'agit du plus grand et du plus complet des programmes de recherche de R & D pour la défense Canada. Chaque année RDDC élabore une convention sur le niveau de service (CNS) avec chacun de ses cinq groupes clients au sein du ministère de la Défense nationale pour la production de technologies de R & D et la fourniture d'avis stratégiques scientifiques et techniques.
