Behavioural or "nudge" economics is based on research that shows it is possible to guide individuals toward better decisions by presenting choices in different ways. A "nudge" has the ability of altering a behaviour in a predictable way without forbidding options or considerably changing economic incentives. Behavioural insights enable the development of policies that can encourage and support individuals in making better choices for not only themselves, but for society. 4, record 1, English, - behavioural%20economics

Wet beneficiation systems process fines by several' types of unit operations, but usually must also incorporate costly and complex dewatering systems to reduce the moisture content of the products. Existing pneumatic preparation systems are constrained between product equality and yield by the sharpness of separation. These limitations become more severe with decreasing particle size and increasing feed moisture content. Control of particulate emissions, both process and fugitive, during pneumatic preparation, can be forbidding. A pneumatic preparation-process which would overcome these constraints, could be most enticing. The DryFlo system is being evaluated to quantify performance characteristics as regards these constraints. 1, record 4, English, - Dryflo%20separator

Record number: 6, Textual support number: 1 CONT
Mr. Frist’s proposed solution is to change the procedure under which debate ends and a vote is taken, a process known as "cloture." He would amend Senate Rule XXII so that the number of votes needed to end a filibuster would fall from 60 to 57 to 54 to 51 on successive votes. This would preserve the essential purpose of the filibuster -- which is to give the minority a chance to make their case -- but not let them abuse the system by holding confirmable nominees hostage forever. Georgia Democrat Zell Miller made an even more ambitious reform proposal in the Wall Street Journal in March, when he called for new cloture rules for nominations and legislation -- not just nominations, as Mr. Frist proposes. Mr. Miller’s proposal was in turn based on one in 1995 by Democrats Tom Harkin and Joseph Lieberman. 5, record 6, English, - closure

Pure juice ciders are now rare. Virtually all commercially available ciders are made from juice concentrates generally from China and South America. The ciders made from concentrate must be reconstituted into a must before fermentation. France, for a long time, had the toughest legislation forbidding the use of concentrate when making French cider. However, in 1987, after years of lobbying from countries outside of France which produce cider from concentrate at a much cheaper cost, the French Government decided to allow the use of up to 50% concentrate in a cider but, at the same time, created the "PURE JUICE CIDER" standard for the Normandy cider makers who wanted to keep their traditional cider making techniques using only 100% apples grown in Normandy. 2, record 9, English, - pure%20juice%20cider
