1, record 6, Spanish, - Convenio%20sobre%20la%20Diversidad%20Biol%C3%B3gica

Overflows... have been designed for delicate knitted and woven fabrics made of natural and synthetic fibres. They are also found in the carpet sector. The main difference between jet and overflow machines remains in the fact that in jet machines the fabric is transported by the bath flowing at high speed through the nozzle, while with overflows the fabric is transported by the gravitational force of the liquor overflow. A winch(usually not motor driven) is located in the upper part of the machine and the fabric hangs over it. A longer length of textile hangs from the exit side of the winch than from the inlet side. Gravitational forces pull the longer length of textile downward more strongly than the shorter. The fabric is therefore soaked in the bath without any tension(transportation is very gentle). 1, record 21, English, - overflow%20machine

Founded by eight states(Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom) in 1964, the European Pharmacopoeia has the task of laying down common standards for the composition and preparation of substances used in the manufacture of medicines--and so guaranteeing their quality. The Pharmacopoeia has 26 member states, in which its "monographs" have force of law, replacing the old national pharmacopoeias. It is recognised as one of the main authorities on quality and safety of medicines, and its co-operation with the European Union has resulted in the setting-up of a scientific research programme to standardise biological medicines, and an official network of medicine control laboratories(OMCL). This pooling of expertise helps to ensure that the same quality standards are guaranteed throughout Europe. 2, record 31, English, - European%20Pharmacopoeia

1, record 31, French, - Pharmacop%C3%A9e%20europ%C3%A9enne

The propulsion subsystem featured sets of small thrusters and a main engine. The thrusters were used to perform Odyssey's attitude control and trajectory correction manoeuvres, while the main engine was used to place the spacecraft in orbit around Mars. The main engine, which used hydrazine propellant with nitrogen tetroxide as an oxidiser, produced a minimum thrust of 65. 3 kilograms of force. Each of the four thrusters used for attitude control produce a thrust of 0. 1 kilogram of force. Four 2. 3-kilogram-force thrusters were used for turning the spacecraft. In addition to miscellaneous tubing, pyro valves and filters, the propulsion subsystem also included a single gaseous helium tank used to pressurise the fuel and oxidiser tanks. Even when the designer has settled the size and angle of the tail plane, the force which it will experience will be outside the control of the pilot, and although they may automatically compensate for such things as changes in pitching moment on the main planes, they cannot possibly deal with changes of weight such as are caused by the dropping of bombs, consumption of fuel, and changes in the disposition of passengers and cargo. For this reason the adjustable tail plane was introduced, this being operated by an actuating gear and controlled by a wheel or lever in the pilot's cockpit. This enabled the pilot to alter the angle of setting of the tail plane during flight and so cause downward or upward forces upon it at will, thus balancing the aeroplane under all conditions. 2, record 55, English, - adjustable%20tailplane
