Concrete perforated wall platform. A type of concrete gravity structure, incorporating the "Jarlan" type of breakwater wall, of which there are several examples. Generally the foundation is a raft protected by a perforated wall to minimize scouring and erosion of the underlying subsoil. A tall central core surrounded by an outer lobate wall, also protected against the forces of the sea by "Jarlan" perforations, rises from the base and supports a concrete deck. 1, record 1, English, - Jarlan%20breakwater%20wall

1, record 2, French, - fondation%20par%20caisson%20flottant
