After some hesitation it was settled in 1565 that if a tenant in fee simple covenanted to stand seized of his land in favour of some near relative, the "good consideration" of natural love and affection sufficed to raise a use in favour of the relative; the use was then executed and the legal estate vested in the relative. This type of conveyance was of limited application as it could not be employed to convey land to strangers, and, like the bargain and sale enrolled, it could not carry any further uses under the Statute.(Megarry and Wade, 4th ed., 1975, p. 165) 1, record 9, English, - covenant%20to%20stand%20seized%20of%20land

The primary window consideration is its insulating-glass spacer-with traditional highly conductive metal spacers, which leads to lower perimeter edge temperatures. Convection currents further concentrate cold air along the bottom edge of glass, making that area the most vulnerable. Only a warmer edge, all the way around, will strike at the heart of the problem. The world's warmest edge occurs with ENER-SAVE Window's Super Spacer, an insulating white foam spacer whose use allows for comfortable household humidity levels and the least likelihood of mold and other problems. 1, record 24, English, - insulating%2Dglass%20spacer

When used as a training technique, the committee and the "junior board" have come to be known as multiple management. These committees are composed of a group of middle-level managers(...) who meet regularly to consider any proposal affecting the firm's welfare. Decisions reached by these "idea men" are forwarded to the responsible general officer of the firm, who may adopt, reject, or table them, refer them back for further consideration, or send them to the board of directors. The advantages claimed for this type of training are that the perspective of the committee members is broadened and a sense of responsibility for the welfare of the firm is developed. 2, record 26, English, - multiple%20management

One source of computational waste in backward planning is work on clauses that describe unachievable states. For example, it is not possible to crate a state in which block A is on block B and block B is clear. Thus, if we ever produce the following clause during backward planning using resolution refutation, we can prune it from further consideration because it is valid(i. e., its negation is inconsistent). One way to detect such cases is to set up a resolution subprocess to test clauses for validity. If this test reveals that a clause is valid, that clause is pruned from further consideration. This deletion strategy is sometimes called unachievability pruning. We test for validity by testing the negated clause for consistency. 1, record 30, English, - unachievability%20pruning

If such a leaching process is a simple exchange of H+ ions for cations, then the fate and effect of increasing H+ ion concentration in plant tissue is a question that deserves some consideration. Further, if increasing rainfall acidity is providing excess H+ ions for foliar cation exchange, exchangeable foliage cations may be depleted. 1, record 32, English, - exchangeable%20cation

1, record 32, French, - cation%20%C3%A9changeable

In my view, there is a further investigation of whether the statements were freely and voluntarily made even if no hope of advantage or fear of prejudice could be found in consideration of the mental condition of the accused at the time he made the statements to determine whether or not the statements represented the operating mind of the accused.
