Seton Lake area, British Columbia : Failure type is further described as "sackung" or "sackungen". The ridge displays "obsequent" or "antislope" scarps which are associated with large gravitational landslides on the scale of 10's to 100's of millions of cubic meter of rock. Movement is thought to be in response to stress relief experienced due to glacial unloading of oversteepened glacially scoured valley slopes. The majority of the movement possibly occurred following deglaciation when pore pressures would have been higher than they are at present day. Today, slides of this type are known to creep at rates of 10's mm per year. These creeping sackungen are a concern due to the potential for catastrophic rapid failures with potentially devastating consequences. 3, record 6, English, - sackung

3, record 6, French, - sackung

Nearly all the identifying features of an inefficient suite of relief programmes relate to the transfer of control of the goods subject to the program. ICC [International Chamber of Commerce] believes that simplification is best achieved by limiting the number of times that control of the relief has to be transferred. In a well-designed suite of duty relief programmes, such transfers will be rare. As long as there are numerous relief programmes available to meet different needs, it is difficult, if not impossible, to avoid transfers between them. 1, record 8, English, - duty%20relief%20programme

2, record 13, French, - comportement%20d%27app%C3%A9tence

Questions relating to physical or psychological dependence on alcohol have typically been included in consequences scales(e. g., withdrawal symptoms, craving and need, blackouts). In 1976, Edwards and Gross published an article describing the elements of what they termed the "alcohol dependence syndrome". The following were identified as part of this syndrome : narrowing of the drinking repertoire(i. e., a lifestyle where habitual drinking is the main focus), salience of drink-seeking behavior, increased tolerance to alcohol, repeated withdrawal symptoms, relief or avoidance of withdrawal symptoms by further drinking, subjective awareness of a compulsion to drink, and reinstatement after abstinence. 1, record 14, English, - compulsion%20to%20drink
