Fish planting is one of the big jobs a ranger had to do in summer.... It was done by loading the fry in pack cans, usually five gallon cans, then transporting the cans by truck and pack mules to the lakes and streams in the remote areas of [Yosemite National] Park. This moving of the fry had to be done with great care to insure that the temperature of the water in the cans was held within a few degrees to the water temperature of the hatchery where they were spawned. 3, record 2, English, - fish%20stocking

Because of the importance of standard samples, great care is taken in their preparation. Quantities of grain sufficient to prepare standard samples of each grade are obtained from primary elevators and from rail cars unloading at terminal elevators. About 50 tonnes are collected and sent annually to the Commission's Inspection Division. The samples are representative of the major grading factors peculiar to that crop and of a cross-section of all production areas. The term "standard" in the Canadian grading system, means minimum quality. 1, record 14, English, - minimum%20quality

Gross and others have recently advocated liposhaving as a superior alternative to liposuction. With liposhaving, commercially available soft tissue shavers(often employed in endoscopic surgery) are used instead of the liposuction cannula to sharply amputate fat deposits sucked into the shaver with minimal suction. Great care must be taken to activate the blade only when the shaver is in continuous motion and in the appropriate location, in order to avoid over resecting fat and macerating skin edges. In the right hands, liposhaving is quicker and less labor-intensive then traditional liposuction. However, the safety of this technique with respect to damage to surrounding soft tissue and neurovascular structures must be proved unequivocally before it can be recommended for general use. 1, record 15, English, - liposhaving

"Bulling" or chambering of holes. The bottom of a small diameter borehole(such as diamond drill or wagon drill hole) may be enlarged by lighting and dropping a gelatine dynamite safety fuse primer into the hole. The burden is of course, too great for this small charge to break the ground. Its effect is to pulverize the rock in the vicinity and to expel it from the mouth of the hole in the form of dust. Meanwhile, the bottom of the hole has been increased in diameter in the form of a bulbous-shaped chamber, which will then accommodate a larger quantity of explosive. Care should be taken to allow the bottom of the hole to cool down before adding further explosives. The operation is variously called "bulling" or "chambering" or "springing". The method has been used chiefly in quarry work on bench holes. 5, record 20, English, - springing

1, record 28, French, - opposer%20une%20r%C3%A9sistance%20normale

Great care should be exercised before associating a chromosome abnormality in a proband with a phenotypic change when a phenotypically normal sib or parent carries what is apparently the same chromosome abnormality. The concept of "aneusomie de recombinaison" has been suggested to account for this finding(Lejeune et Berger, 1965; De Grouchy et al., 1965, 1966) 1, record 30, English, - %5C%22aneusomie%20de%20recombinaison%5C%22
