Conservation Halton(CH), formerly known as the Halton Region Conservation Authority(HRCA), is a conservation authority established under the Conservation Authorities Act of Ontario. It forms a partnership with the Province of Ontario, the Ministry of Natural Resources and the regional municipalities of Halton, Peel and surrounding municipalities.

Conservation Halton is the community based environmental agency that protects, restores and manages the natural resources in its watershed. Our staff includes ecologists, land use planners, engineers, foresters and educators along with a network of volunteers who are guided by a Board of Directors comprised of municipally elected councillors and appointed citizens.
