The emergence of AI candidates in global politics signifies a paradigm shift in our understanding of governance and representation. On one hand, AI can process vast amounts of data, engage with constituents on an unprecedented scale, and propose policies grounded in empirical evidence rather than political expediency.... However, the ethical and practical implications of AI in politics are far-reaching and complex. 9, record 1, English, - artificial%20intelligence%20political%20candidate

Cup-stacked carbon nanotubes (CSCNTs) differ from other quasi-1D carbon structures, which normally behave as quasi-metallic conductors of electrons. CSCNTs exhibit semiconducting behaviors due to the stacking microstructure of graphene layers. 3, record 4, English, - cup%2Dstacked%20carbon%20nanofiber
Record number: 4, Textual support number: 2 CONT
While carbon nanotubes(CNT) and carbon nanofibers(CNF) are both hollow, nanometer in scale, and produced in a similar manner, there are distinct differences which significantly impact their performance and ability to be processed. The primary differences between the materials are morphology, size, ease of processing, and price. Carbon nanofibers, also known as Stacked-Cup Carbon Nanotubes(SCCNT), have a unique morphology in that graphene planes are canted from the fiber axis, resulting in exposed edge planes on the interior and exterior surfaces of the fiber. CNTs, on the other hand, typically resemble an assembly of concentric cylinders of graphene. To illustrate the difference in morphology, Figure 1... shows a side by side comparison of A) multi-walled carbon nanotubes [MWCNT] and B) stacked-cup carbon nanotubes.... Figure 1. A) Multi-wall CNTs are composed of concentric cylinders of graphene where the basal planes form an inert surface. B) The stacked-cup structure of CNF has exposed graphitic edge planes along its length, providing opportunities for chemical modification of the surface for covalent bonding directly with the matrix. 7, record 4, English, - cup%2Dstacked%20carbon%20nanofiber

A CVECA is a self-reliant village savings and credit bank from the French Caisse Villageoise d’Epargne et de Crédit Autogérée. CVECAs are designed to operate in rural areas with clients who are primarily subsistence farmers, with minimal non-farm income. While most banks have less than 250 members, they achieve service flexibility and economies of scale through networking together into regional federations [...] CVECAs are member-based microfinance intermediaries inspired by external technical support. Structurally they lie between informal financial market actors like moneylenders, collectors, and ROSCAs on the one hand, and formal actors like microfinance institutions and banks on the other. 2, record 6, English, - self%2Dreliant%20village%20savings%20and%20credit%20bank

The driving force in substitutions between primary energies is twofold. On one hand we have the economies of scale involved in the technology and distribution infrastructures of each energy source. On the other hand we have the fact that during the last 200 years, the fuel mix of the world's primary energy sources has evolved toward "lighter" forms, i. e., fuel forms richer in hydrogen. The hydrogen/carbon(H/C) ratio increased from wood(H/C=0. 1) to coal(H/C=1) to oil(H/C=2) to natural gas(H/C=4). 6, record 15, English, - hydrogen%2Fcarbon%20ratio

Researchers define handedness based on different theoretical assumptions. For instance, some define handedness as(a) the hand that performs faster or more precisely on manual tests, while others define it as(b) the hand that one prefers to use, regardless of performance. Some think that there are two types of handedness :(a) either left or right or non-right, while others think there should be three categories(to include ambidexterity). Some think there are two different kinds of ambidexterity. Some think that handedness should not be lumped into 2 or 3 or 5 categories, but rather measured along a scale of a continuum. 3, record 19, English, - handedness
