Grip coverings can be fitted to provide more "feel". Tightly wind the grip covering diagonally up the handle from the butt end. Secure it by overlapping the first wrap and taping it down at the end. 1, record 1, English, - grip%20covering
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
A "grip" can be wrapped around the "shaft" of the racquet. To avoid confusion (the term "grip" alone could refer to a certain way of grasping the racquet), use one of the following terms: "overgrip", "replacement grip" or "grip covering". Note that for marketing purposes, competing manufacturers will make a distinction between the 3 terms. Indeed some tennis purists would rather use the term "overgrip" for the material that one slides over an existing and worn-out covering and the term "replacement grip" for the material that one wraps over the shaft after removing the worn-out one. If in doubt, use the more generic term "grip covering" which can apply to either of these two types. Nonetheless the average tennis player will likely use the abbreviated term "grip" even though it is both ambiguous and polysemous since the context will normally provide ample clarification. 2, record 1, English, - grip%20covering

Product history. If you grew up around New York City and are of a certain age, you may recall the slogan "Just Eat the Cheese, Not the Paper. "That was used for one of the very first "convenience pakaged" products, Dorman's cheese which, in the 1950s, placed thin sheets of paper between the slices of cheese it packaged in plastic wrap. It made the cheese easier to handle and lengthened the storage life. 1, record 3, English, - convenience%20packaged%20products

A few parts of the house deserve particular attention... around doors and windows... where the wood-frame wall meets the masonry... around doors into unheated attic... There is an easy way to tell whether or not any of the above areas need work.... make yourself a draft gauge. All you need is a metal clothes hanger, a plastic sandwich bag(or a piece of light tissue paper), a pair of scissors and two clothes pins. Cut the sandwich bag down each side and wrap one end over the cross-bar of the clothes hanger. Use the clothes pins to fasten the bag to the bar. Check for drafts, on a cold day, in all suspected areas. Hold the gauge steady by the handle of the hanger with the plastic bag close to the suspected areas. If any breeze is coming in, the movement of the plastic will show you where. 1, record 6, English, - draft%20gauge
