The Informal Conflict Management Program(ICMP) is designed to help all employees work through conflict(e. g. grievances, harassment or group conflict situation) in an efficient manner, by offering confidential services, such as intake and referral, conflict coaching, facilitated discussions, mediation and some group processes. Treasury Board Secretariat's Informal Conflict Management Service... was formed to help employees and managers prevent, manage and resolve work-related conflicts before they feel compelled to deal with them through a more formal process, such as a grievance, a staffing appeal or a harassment complaint.
