La télénévrose, c'est une forme de trouble né de l'immersion prolongée dans un monde virtuel. Vous passez des journées face à votre écran. Vous êtes en relation avec des inconnus, vous voyez le monde à travers une lucarne réductrice. Votre implication affective est pratiquement nulle. Cela finit par agir sur votre équilibre nerveux. La destructuration de la pensée, est la conséquence du surfing et du zapping pratiqués par les nomades électroniques. Nous passons notre temps à "commuter" d'une idée à l'autre, d'un interlocuteur à l'autre, d'un dossier à l'autre. La pratique des réseaux peut déboucher sur le travail en miettes, sur la recherche de solutions trop rapides à un problème. Résultat : on ne prend pas le temps de réfléchir et d'approfondir.
